Rules

1. Chat Conduct Rules

Only the main victim may file reports. Attempts to flood or open collective tickets to pressure support will not be tolerated and may result in punishment for all involved.

It is expressly prohibited and subject to banning after administration review or warning to send messages in any game chat containing:

• Explicit racism.
• Explicit homophobia.
• Explicit xenophobia.
• Severe disrespect and beyond limits, as assessed by the Staff.
• Death threats or threats against the physical or personal integrity of another player; punishment will be based on Staff assessment according to the severity of the situation.
• Messages intended to defame the server or administration in public chats.
• Derogatory comments, direct or indirect, about the conditions (PCD) of other players, which will result in account mute.
• Defamation of groups or guilds based on the behavior of individual players.

2. Anti-Game Conduct Rules

Any behavior that harms the experience of other players is prohibited, including:

• In Epic Boss disputes, after the wipe (death of players) of a tag/clan, the remaining tags are required to confront each other. If they remain without attacking, it will be considered evidence of a disguised alliance, and those involved will be subject to Staff review.
• Chasing beginner players to hinder their progression. Secondary accounts of veteran players do not fall under this rule.
• Veterans must not hinder the progression of beginner players.
• Charging any amount or resource to allow the progression of other players is strictly prohibited.

2.1. Progressive Punishments for Anti-Game Conduct

Violations related to anti-game conduct will be subject to the following escalation of punishments:

• 1st Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 1 day.
• 2nd Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 3 days.
• 3rd Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 5 days.
• 4th Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 15 days.
• 5th Violation: Suspension from participating in Epic Boss for 30 days.
• 6th Violation: Permanent suspension from participating in Epic Boss.

The administration may adjust the penalty according to the severity of the case, recidivism, impact caused on the server, and other circumstances assessed by the Staff.

3. Illegal Purchase and Sale of Items and Resources

3.1. Reporting Illegal Sales

Players reported for offering items or resources for real money (PIX) via chat will be muted for 5 days of online time.

There will be a reward for those who report illegal sales of items or resources.

3.2. Requirements for Reporting

The report must contain:

• Conversation history (WhatsApp, Facebook, Discord, etc.).
• Audio recordings or videos capturing the negotiation.
• In-game negotiation completed, with screenshots or videos.
• Payment proof compatible with the negotiated amount.

3.3. How to Submit the Report

Open a ticket with all evidence within 24 hours after the illegal purchase or sale.

3.4. Punishment for Sellers

Players caught selling or buying items for real money will lose all their accounts on the server, which may be transferred to the reporter, as assessed by the administration.

4. PvP Ranking Regulations

4.1. General Provisions

The PvP ranking is the responsibility of the players, and any attempt at manipulation will result in disqualification.

4.2. Rules on Kills

• Killing members of the same guild to inflate the ranking is prohibited.
• Farming kills or manipulating the ranking will result in disqualification.
• Reports must be submitted within 24 hours after the occurrence.

4.3. Administration Autonomy

The administration has full autonomy to apply punishments, including disqualification from the ranking, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban, according to the severity of the infraction committed.

5. OFFICIAL RULE: PROHIBITION OF HARASSMENT, GHOSTING, AND PURSUIT OF CONTENT CREATORS

Dear player,

This rule was created to ensure a fair and respectful environment on our server. We count on everyone's collaboration to maintain a healthy and pleasant community.

5.1. Purpose of the Rule

To ensure a fair and healthy gaming environment, we protect our Content Creators (streamers and YouTubers), who are essential for the growth of the community. Practices aimed at pursuing, hindering, or demotivating these creators will not be tolerated.

5.2. What is Ghosting, Pursuit, and Harassment?

Ghosting is the intentional and systematic practice of using information obtained from live streams or videos of Content Creators to gain undue advantage within the game.

Pursuit and harassment are practices aimed at inhibiting or harming the work and content creation of the partner, embarrassing or preventing the development and continuity of their activities during the live, such as:

• Chasing them in farming spots, events, or any other activity within the game. Players are not prohibited from killing them or competing for KS, as long as there is no systematic pursuit.
• Defaming the streamer's image or encouraging them to leave the server.
• Any deliberate action that uses the audience to gain undue advantage or harass the content creator.

This conduct is considered serious as it harms the streamer's experience, drives away new players, and creates a toxic environment on the server.

5.3. How to Report (Evidence)

Content Creators who feel victimized should report to the administration presenting the following evidence:

• Screenshots or videos, essential to demonstrate the pursuit.
• Evidence in multiple locations, proving the pursuit in various spots, events, or different areas, demonstrating intentionality.
• Clear identification of the infringing player(s) and the involved Content Creator.

5.4. Punishment

After analysis and confirmation of the evidence, the infringing player will receive:

• Account ban (BAN) for 5 (five) days.
• In case of recidivism, more severe punishments may be applied.

6. General Rules

• The use of any automation, whether by software or physical means, to bypass server systems is strictly prohibited. The infraction will result in permanent account ban.
• Sending repetitive messages (flood) in any public game chat is prohibited.
• Creating characters solely to reserve the nick of other players, preventing its legitimate use, is prohibited.
• Hostility between guilds is allowed.
• Attempting to bypass the game's anti-cheat is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized external program will be considered hacking practice.
• The use of any other means that offers an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• The use of programs that automate the collection of drops or monster hunting is prohibited.
• Accessing other players' accounts to steal items or resources is prohibited.
• Disrespecting the SERVER STAFF will result in punishment.
• Abusing serious bugs, known or unknown to the SERVER STAFF, is prohibited.
• Advertising other Lineage servers in any game chat is prohibited.
• Impersonating ADMIN or GM names is prohibited.
• Users who encourage other players to leave the game or migrate to another server will be permanently banned.
• The use of special characters in the character name that hinder reading or prize delivery is prohibited.
• It is expressly prohibited to attempt to tarnish the image of any partner of The Classic L2 MIDNIGHT.
• Trading with multiple players at the same time, causing possible errors or undue item gains by another player's mistake, is prohibited.
• Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as justification for non-compliance.
• Omitted cases will be analyzed by the administration.
• The rules and terms of use may be changed without prior notice.

7. Security Rules

• Never share your access password with any player, including GMs and ADMINs.
• Ensure that the computer used for gaming is secure.
• Change your password periodically.
• Do not use obvious or easy-to-guess passwords.
• Do not open emails from The Classic L2 MIDNIGHT in front of other people.
• You are fully responsible for the security of your account.
• Lost items due to negligence of the account owner will not be returned.

8. Terms of Use

By registering, you agree to the terms below:

• The administrator has total freedom to analyze and judge all reports and punish with warnings or bans depending on each case.
• The administrative team has total autonomy to make changes, adjustments, and decisions aimed at improving the gaming experience and maintaining server balance.
• The administration has the freedom to apply punishments according to its own judgment if the situation is not covered by the rules or if it qualifies as a crime, based on the behavior and actions of the player within the game.
• Changes to the game, economy, events, systems, or mechanics may be made without prior notice, with the aim of preserving the integrity of the game environment and preventing abuses.
• All reports will be accepted within a maximum period of 24 hours. Reports submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
• Player warnings will be removed every 1 month.
• We do not send evidence of punishments to the punished player. All reports are anonymous.
